Who is John Kaplar?
John Kaplar teaches designers and business owners how to build their own AI teams.
I spent 18 years as a software developer and executive - writing code, then leading the teams and businesses that shipped it. I learned how technology actually gets adopted inside a company: not with hype, but with systems that quietly do the work.
Then I changed careers entirely and went into design and 3D modeling. I built FOCUSED SketchUp to teach designers 3D modeling, and I run Arched Manor. Living on both sides - the software side and the design side - is exactly why FAD exists: I speak designer, and I speak machine.
Now those two careers have converged. AI agents finally let a small business run like it has a full staff, and I'm proving it in public with John Kaplar LLC.

Do you build my AI team for me, or teach me to build it?
I teach you to build it - that's the whole point. FAD is a course and community, not a software product: you build your own AI team, step by step, in accounts you own. If you want a head start, there's an optional starter platform customized to your business, and I install teams hands-on for a small number of companies through Work With Me.
Do I need to be technical to build an AI team?
No. FAD is built for designers and business owners, not engineers. If you can write an email describing what you want done, you can direct an AI agent. The course walks you through every setup step, and the community is there when you get stuck.
What happens in the free 7-day trial?
Seven days inside FAD: the community, the live build of John Kaplar LLC, and the first five course modules - the rest unlock when you become a member. Start the course, meet the members, and build your first AI agent. If it's not for you, cancel inside Skool before day 7 and you pay nothing.
What tools do I need?
A computer, an internet connection, and roughly the cost of one software subscription. The course teaches a specific, modern stack - Claude, Supabase, and Vercel - and shows you exactly how to set up each account, step by step. No coding environment of your own, no servers, nothing exotic.
How much time does it take each week?
A few focused hours. Most members build their first working agent in their first week. After that, your AI team gives time back - the whole point is that the business runs with less of you, not more.
