Every version ships its own brand style sheet: the colours, typefaces, spacing and corner radius of the whole site in one small file. Version 1 builds it from your current site's own typefaces and colours; the others carry your accent colour over. Change a value there and it changes everywhere.

What happens to my current website?
Nothing until you decide. Your current site stays up until your domain points at the new one, and nothing is deleted on your old platform. You switch when you are ready.
Who owns the new website?
You do. The code lives in your own GitHub account and the site runs in your own free hosting account. If you ever leave the community, the site stays yours.
What does the hosting cost?
Nothing for a site like this. It is a fast, static site and the hosting plan it runs on is free. You keep paying for your domain name as you do today.
Will my Google ranking drop when I switch?
